Kathmandu. Harak Sampang, chairman of Shram Sanskriti Party, has requested the municipalities not to give the Nepali Army the status of squatters. He wrote on social media and requested the municipalities not to give the salary because the army is not a body to ask for the salary.
He has written, "No municipality should give the rent to the squatters demanded by the army." The army and the police are not the bodies that demand the rent of the squatters. This is simply wrong. It is trying to create terror.
