Hams Hospital to launch IPO

Kathmandu. Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery Limited Hams Hospital has called the annual general meeting with the proposal of IPO issue. The meeting of the board of directors of the hospital held on 5th July decided to hold the Annual General Meeting at 2 pm at Smart Darbar in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu on Friday 29th July.

In the meeting, a special proposal will be submitted to authorize the board of directors to issue primary share IPO to the general public, regarding the use of the capital obtained from the IPO issue, and to amend the hospital's charter and regulations and to make changes for the IPO issue.
