Gujarat Titans won by 5 wickets against Kolkata
Kathmandu. With the help of captain Shubman Gill's excellent and explosive batting, Gujarat Titans defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 5 wickets in the last night match of Indian Premier League IPL 2026. In a very exciting match at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Gujarat chased down the target of 181 runs presented by Kolkata in the last over and achieved success.
After winning the toss and deciding to bat first, Kolkata Knight Riders lost all their wickets in the scheduled 20 overs and managed to score only 180 runs. Cameron Green batted brilliantly for Kolkata and contributed 79 runs off 55 balls, but the other batsmen of the team could not stand up against the Gujarat bowlers.
Kagiso Rabada took 3 wickets with economical bowling and Mohammad Siraj also took 2 wickets and destroyed Kolkata's middle order. Gujarat Titans, who came into the counter batting, had a very good start.
