Government challenges external claims, Lipulekh is an inseparable part of Nepal

Kathmandu: The government has reiterated that its position on border disputes, including Lipulekh, remains clear and that it is fully committed to the fact that those areas are Nepali territory. Making public the decisions of the Cabinet meeting held on Monday, government spokesperson and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmita Pokharel said that Nepal’s stance on the border remains unwavering.
Spokesperson Pokharel informed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had already made its official and clear position public regarding the border dispute.
