General public can apply for IPO of Super Khudi Hydropower Limited from today

Kathmandu. Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has opened its initial public issue IPO sale to the general public from today. The company has issued a total of 12 lakh 86 thousand 500 ordinary shares for common investors. Out of the total shares issued, 77,500 shares have been allocated for the collective investment fund and 31,000 shares for the employees of the company.
Public can apply for remaining shares. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1 lakh shares. Applications for IPO can be made through ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices. In addition, the company said that arrangements have been made for investors to apply online through the 'My Share' system.
According to the company, the IPO will be open until February 11th at the earliest and until February 19th at the latest. Global IME Capital Limited is the issuing and selling manager of this IPO.
