Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress is going to announce party president Gagan Thapa as the prime ministerial candidate tomorrow. The officials and members of the newly elected central working committee will go to the party central office, Sanepa, on Friday to announce party president Thapa as the prime ministerial candidate.
