Four construction companies blacklisted, not allowed to participate in government contracts
Kathmandu. The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted four construction businessmen and joint venture JVs based on the recommendations of various public bodies. The office has informed that according to sub-section 1 of section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Indrayani Builders and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., Apan Nirman Seva, Khaptad-BLB-Namadeu JV and MR-Aryan JV have been blacklisted.
According to the office, Ashok Gaihre's Indrayani Builders and Suppliers Pvt Ltd, Kathmandu has been blacklisted for one year and six months on the recommendation of Dipayal Silgarhi Municipality. Similarly, on the recommendation of Saptakoshi Municipality, Santosh Kumar Packra's own construction service, Lalitpur has been blacklisted for two years.
