Birganj. The District Police Office has arrested four people who attacked the armed police while raiding an illegal godown in Birgunj. Birgunj Customs Office and Armed Police Force raided an illegal godown called Adarsh ​​Nagar in Birgunj on Monday.

Parsa Police spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Hari Bahadur Basnet informed that the four people who attacked the armed police were arrested by Monday night. "Necessary investigation is being done by looking at the CC camera footage of those who attacked the armed police", he said.

The clash took place during the seizure of illegally warehoused clothes at the house of Madan Prasad Gupta in Adarsh ​​Nagar on the suspicion of customs evasion. Armed police have recovered goods worth around Rs.12 lakh and 50 thousand from that place.
