Five billion revenue was raised in January from real estate business

Kathmandu. In the last month of January, the shipping offices across the country have collected five billion nine lakh 24 thousand revenue. 5 billion 17 billion 32 million revenue was collected in January, but there was a slight decrease in January. According to the Department of Land Management and Records, which keeps the details of revenue collection of property across the country, the real estate business has not increased significantly.

According to the department, a total of 50,837 documents have been passed in the month of January. Compared to last year, there has been some increase in the number of documents passed in January this year. According to the department, 315 million 58 million 72 thousand 488 for service tax, 2 billion 68 million 69 million 42 thousand 532 for registration fee was collected last January. Similarly, the department said that 1 billion 96 crore 55 lakh 12 thousand 267 was collected for capital gains tax.
