Economic growth is expected to be limited to 3.855 in the current year

Kathmandu. In the current fiscal year 2082/83, the economic growth rate of Nepal is projected to be 3.85 percent. According to the national accounting data released by the National Statistics Office on Tuesday, the size of the economy is expected to reach around 66 billion rupees this year.

According to the office, the economic growth rate is estimated to be 3.68 percent based on consumer prices. This projection has been prepared based on the available 6/8 months of actual data and estimates for the rest of the period. In the last financial year, economic growth was initially estimated to be 4.61 percent, but according to the revised data, it was limited to 4.43 percent. At that time, the size of the economy had reached about 61 trillion 7 billion rupees.
