Kathmandu. Medical practitioner and royalist activist Durga Prasai has been arrested again from his residence in Bhaktapur. A team of the Central Cyber Bureau of the Nepal Police has detained Rachna Khatiwada, a member of the House of Representatives of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party Raspwa, on the basis of a complaint that she made objectionable and defamatory remarks online and on social media.
Prasain targeted the mother of Rasik Khatiwada and Member of Parliament Rachna, who received martyrdom during the Genji movement, and made serious personal insults with the intention of 'Parliament was built on the dead body of her son'.
