Due to the lack of construction of the road leading to the border posts, it is difficult for the security personnel to monitor
Humla. It is difficult for the security personnel to monitor the border post that separates the border between Nepal and China. Even though there are border pillars between the two countries in the Humla area from the local to the federal government level, it has been difficult for security personnel including the armed police to get permission due to the fact that no road leading to the border pillar has been constructed.
Nanda Bahadur Saud, Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police of Armed Police Force No. 44, Gulm Simkot, said that there are ten border posts separating the border between Nepal and China, from three to twelve, and half of the road has been built to reach the border post.
The security personnel had to walk at four in the morning to reach border post number three and four on the west side of Hilsa, and they could return to Hilsa only at ten in the evening. Because the road is rough and there is no time, the security personnel have to look at the GPS or lead the security personnel who have gone before.
