It has been agreed to distribute the concept paper of senior vice president Ishwar Pokharel, who is preparing to fight for the post of the future president of UML, to the delegates of the convention. Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai informed that it was agreed to keep Pokharel's different document in the closed session of the convention in the secretariat meeting held at Chasal. Pokharel submitted a separate political and organizational document to General Secretary Shankar Pokharel on the 22nd.

To distribute the concept paper among the delegates covering national and international topics including party management, democratization, membership of former presidents. Also, when Comrade Ishwar presented his candidacy, there was an agreement among the representatives to focus on that document and keep their points. Bhattarai said.

In addition, the secretariat meeting will transform the current secretariat into a convention organizing committee. The UML convention will be inaugurated on Saturday at Sallaghari in Bhaktapur. The closing session will be held at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu.

It is seen that there will be competition between KP Sharma Oli and Ishwar Pokharel for the post of UML president. However, the leaders have said that they will try to reach an agreement.
