Deuba couple left for Singapore for treatment

Kathmandu. Chairman of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba has left for Singapore for treatment. He went to Singapore for treatment along with his wife Arju Rana on Monday night. The Deuba couple left for Singapore on Monday night via Singapore Airlines. On the second day of the Genji movement, the Deuba couple was beaten up at their residence in Budhanilkanth. In that process, Deuba was injured in the head and 12 stitches were applied during the treatment.
Deuba reached the central office on October 28 and handed over the acting chairmanship to Deputy Chairman Purna Bahadur Khadka citing health reasons.
