Daughter-in-law arrested for beating mother-in-law and stealing jewelry

Kathmandu. The police have arrested a daughter-in-law for allegedly beating her mother-in-law and robbing her of jewelry. This incident is from Taklung Bajojra, Ward No. 4, Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality of Gorkha.

According to police inspector Dhirendra Yadav, the police arrested Saili's daughter-in-law Jharna Rana, 35, on the charge of beating her 85-year-old mother-in-law Dilmaya Rana and stealing a gold ring. A gold ring has also been found near the waterfall.
