CPN's question to the Speaker: Shouldn't the ruling given to the Prime Minister be followed?

Kathmandu. CPN has raised a question saying that Speaker DP Aryal was unable to enforce the ruling given to Prime Minister Balen Shah.  Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives, Deputy Leader of the Parliamentary Party Pramesh Hamal questioned the Speaker saying that the ruling was not followed.

He said to the Speaker, "Here, the Prime Minister made ruling." Has that ruling been followed? You don't have to comply.' He stood on the rostrum of the House and criticized the Prime Minister for not removing the wrong expression about the border.
