Courage Energy and NRN Infrastructure have applied to the Securities and Exchange Board to issue 100 percent rights.
Kathmandu. Two companies have sought permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue rights. Courage Urja Limited and NRN Infrastructure Development Limited have applied to the board demanding issuance of rightful shares at 100 percent rate.
Courag Energy has asked for permission to issue 4 crore 57 lakh 38 thousand shares worth 4 billion 57 crore 38 lakh rupees in 1:1 ratio and NRN Infrastructure Development Limited has also sought permission to issue 1 crore 79 lakh 81 lakh 211 shares worth 1 billion 79 crore 81 lakh 21 thousand rupees in 1:1 ratio.
NIMBS Capital is the sales manager for Courage Energy, while Prabhu Capital Limited is for NRN Infrastructure.
