Congress strongly objected to the return of Sudhan Gurung as Home Minister
Kathmandu. Nepali Congress MP Bharat Bahadur Khadka has made a serious allegation saying that the steps taken by the current government are not compatible with the slogans and principles of good governance. Speaking at a special time in the meeting of the House of Representatives on Friday, MP Khadka claimed that the report of the inquiry committee formed after serious questions were raised about the conduct and work style of the incumbent Home Minister, was shrouded in secrecy.
He strongly objected to the government's intention of handing over the responsibility of the Home Minister to the relevant person without making the report of the said committee public to the Parliament and the people.
