Kailali. Kamal Bahadur Shah, the leader of the Nepali Congress Far West Province Parliamentary Party and outgoing Chief Minister, has raised questions about the role of the Speaker. Congress MP Prakash Deuba, who has been in the US for 11 months, was dismissed by Speaker Bhim Bhandari yesterday, and Shah accused the Speaker of malice in the decision. Speaking to reporters today, Shah claimed that the Speaker's decision was biased.

Shah claims that Congress MP Deuba was dismissed with the intention of influencing Chief Minister Khagraj Bhatt today when he is preparing to take a vote of confidence.
