Kathmandu. Iran has arrested a Nepali from Hormuz region. This information was given in a press conference organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The details of the arrested person have not been made public. But his name is Amrit Jha, according to the ministry.

Ramkaji Khadka, head of the West Asia Division under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, informed that all the crew members of the ship working in the Hormuz region have been seized by Iran and Nepali citizens have also been captured. His relatives informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about his arrest.
