Chandragiri Investment Group will issue 'IPO' shares

Kathmandu. Chandragiri Investment Group Limited is going to issue a primary share IPO for ordinary citizens.  The company's first general meeting held today passed the proposal to issue the IPO. The authorized capital of the company is Rs 50 crore. Chairman Rajan Shrestha informed that the general meeting has also passed a proposal to distribute cash dividend at the rate of four percent of the paid-up capital and six directors have been elected unopposed.

The directors to be elected are Rajan Shrestha, Ramraja Acharya, Prakashman Shrestha, Dhirendra Shrestha, Shankar Maharjan and Birendra Shrestha. The General Assembly also approved the annual report presented by Chairman Shrestha and the auditor's report. Chairman Shrestha said that the organization, which is a holding company, has invested in companies including Indreni Mushroom Farm, The Nilaya Hotels Limited, Cowley Vineyard Agro, Everest Color and Mero Kisan.
