Kathmandu. At present, Mansani Vayu is affecting the entire country. According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, the Monsoon low pressure line is currently located south of Sardar. Due to this effect, it is generally cloudy in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi Province and other provinces, while it is partly to mostly cloudy in the Terai region. At present, light to moderate rain is occurring at a few places in Koshi, Bagmati and Lumbini provinces and one or two places in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.

This afternoon will be generally cloudy across the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning at some places in the Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces and few places in the Himalayan areas of Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
