Kathmandu. At present there is a partial influence of western and local winds in Nepal. The rest of the hilly areas including Kosi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini regions are mostly cloudy, the terai areas of Madhes and Kosi are partly cloudy and the weather is mainly clear in the rest of the areas. In the afternoon, it will be cloudy in other hilly and mountainous areas including Kosi region and partly cloudy in Terai region.
There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall along with thunder and lightning at few places in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces including Kosi Province and at one or two places in the Himalayan areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
