Chance of light rain and snowfall over the hilly areas of these states
Kathmandu. Currently, there is no significant weather system active across the country. According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, at present the weather is mainly clear in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi Province, Gandaki Province and Karnali Province.
This afternoon, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki, and the weather will remain mainly clear in the rest of the areas, while there is a possibility of light rain and snow in a couple of places in the Himalayan areas of Koshi and Gandaki.
Similarly, tonight the weather will remain mostly clear in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, the department said.
