Kathmandu. At present, there is a partial effect of Monsoon air across the country and it is generally cloudy in most parts of the country. According to the Meteorological Division, the low pressure line of monsoon is located a little south of Sardar place towards the eastern part of Nepal and around Sardar place towards the western part. Due to this effect, there is light rain in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and few places of Sudurpaschim Province.

It is forecast to remain generally cloudy in the country this afternoon. During this period, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall along with thunder and lightning in some places of hilly and mountainous areas of the country.
