Car driver arrested for punching pedestrian

Kathmandu. A car driver has been arrested by the traffic police on the charge of hitting a pedestrian. Traffic police sources informed that the arrested person is Paras Bom. According to the police, the incident took place on the road in front of the shoe factory in Maharajganj. An investigation into the incident was started after a video of a car driver stopping the car and punching a pedestrian walking on the road was published.

In the video tat has gone viral on social media, it is clear that the person who got out of the car attacked the pedestrian. In the video, another woman can be heard cursing. In the video, a middle-aged man can be seen getting down from the jeep number 1103 and insulting the old man who was walking. Based on the viral video, the traffic police identified the scene of the incident and proceeded with the investigation.
