Businessman Shankarlal Aggarwal arrested by CIB

Kathmandu. Businessman Shankarlal Aggarwal has been arrested again. Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police CIB arrested Agarwal from Dillibazar. The Agarwal family is being investigated for the crime of money laundering. 

CIB SSP Anupashamsher Rana informed that he was arrested after he did not appear in court. He was arrested before and was released on appearance. The Money Laundering Investigation Department has started an investigation against the Shankar Group. A member of the Agarwal family and his son Shulabh Agarwal and businessman Deepak Bhatt who are connected to them are already in pre-trial detention.
