Biplav's warning of street struggle to press for the formation of an all-party government

Kathmandu. General Secretary of CPN-Maoist Netra Vikram Chand Biplav has said that he will struggle on the streets to pressure for the formation of an all-party government under the leadership of the political party. Addressing the CPN-Maoist Central Committee meeting held in Kathmandu on Thursday, Biplav said that since the current government could not assimilate the sentiments of Genji, he would take the youth of Genji along with him in street struggle for the formation of an all-party government under the leadership of the political party.
He informed that a demand letter with a 10-day ultimatum has been submitted to the President to dissolve the current government and form an all-party government.
He said that in their demand, the constitution should be amended using the principle of necessity, the state should be restructured in a socialist federal framework, and all the incidents in the Genji movement should be investigated. Biplav claimed that no one was satisfied with the government formed after the Genji movement and that there was no way to get rid of the country.
He said that their demand is to form a high-level citizen's commission to conduct an impartial investigation into corruption. He said that a powerful court should be formed to hear the case against the corrupt and the decision of the said court should be the final decision.
