Bhotekoshi flood: 38 injured discharged from trauma center, treatment of 12 continues
Kathmandu. Out of those injured in the flood that occurred on August 10 in Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa, 38 people who were treated at the National Trauma Center have recovered and returned home. A total of 58 people injured in the flood were rescued and brought to Kathmandu.
According to District Police Complex Kathmandu spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Dan Bahadur Thapa, 50 of the rescued people were admitted to the National Trauma Center for treatment. Among them, 38 people have been discharged after their health improved.
At present, 12 injured people are being treated at the trauma center. According to the hospital administration, the condition of the patients under treatment is normal and treatment arrangements have been made for keeping them in ordinary beds.
