Best wishes for election success by Prime Minister of Bangladesh

Kathmandu. Prime Minister of Bangladesh Tariq Rahman has wished that the election of members of the House of Representatives scheduled for February 21 will be successfully completed. The Prime Minister of Bangladesh expressed his best wishes for the success of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Nepal in a meeting with Foreign Minister Balanand Sharma on Tuesday evening, according to the Nepali Embassy in Dhaka.

On that occasion, Minister Sharma handed over a congratulatory message sent by Prime Minister Sushila Karki, congratulating him on becoming the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. In the message, Prime Minister Karki congratulated Prime Minister Rehman and expressed her desire to work with him with mutual respect, common commitment and spirit of partnership for the common good of both countries and people.

According to the embassy, ​​Foreign Minister Sharma commended the Bangladesh government for successfully conducting the elections and ensuring a smooth transition to the democratic process, and congratulated the Bangladesh Nationalist Party led by leader Rahman for winning the majority.

Prime Minister Rahman thanked Minister Sharma for participating in the swearing-in ceremony and said that it reflected the goodwill and unity shown by the government and people of Nepal towards the government and people of Bangladesh.
