Balen's discussion with the people's representatives about the local problems of Jhapa
Kathmandu. Balen Shah, a senior leader of the National Independent Party RSWP, is conducting various programs in Jhapa. He met with the ward presidents of Kamal Rural Municipality and discussed about local problems and needs.
Likewise, leader Balen met with social, political and eminent personalities from different areas of Jhapa and discussed local development, empowering people and solutions to problems.
