Kathmandu. Balen Shah, a senior leader of the National Independent Party RSWP, is conducting various programs in Jhapa. He met with the ward presidents of Kamal Rural Municipality and discussed about local problems and needs.
Likewise, leader Balen met with social, political and eminent personalities from different areas of Jhapa and discussed local development, empowering people and solutions to problems. The representatives present in the program expressed the challenges, problems and suggestions for possible improvements in their field. The leaders of RSVP have expressed their commitment to include such suggestions in the party's policy making and local development programs.
