Kathmandu. Balen Shah, a senior leader of Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP, has reached Surkhet. During the election program and meeting organized in Surkhet, senior party leader Balen along with central and state leadership reached Surkhet. Leader Balen has met the representatives of RSWP Surkhet Region No. 1 Representative Assembly candidate Tek Bahadur Singh Thakuri, Region No. 2 candidate Ramesh Sapkota and Karnali Province President Madan Khadka.
By making good governance, transparency and public accountability system the main agenda of the party, the country is in a state of chaos.
