Kathmandu. Balendra Shah Balen, a senior leader of Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP, is going to Sarlahi this morning. During his visit to Sarlahi, senior leader Sah will travel to various places in the district. Accaording to the district leaders of the party, he will enter Rautahat via Lalbandi, Hariwan, Barthawa.
