Aviral Hydropower to launch IPO

Kathmandu. Aviral Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company has called the first annual general meeting on May 16 with a proposal to issue an IPO for the general public.
The meeting will start from 11 am at the registered office of the company in Jhapa. In the meeting, a special resolution will be passed to discuss the proposal related to the company's IPO issue and to authorize the board of directors to carry out all the necessary work related to it and to proceed with the process.
