Kathmandu. Ashtalakshmi Shakya, former Chief Minister of Bagmati Province and former vice president of CPN-UML, was suddenly diagnosed with angioplasty surgery.

He was immediately taken to Patan Institute of Health Sciences in Lalitpur after he felt severe pain in his chest this morning.
