Arun Valley Hydropower will give 5 percent bonus shares
Kathmandu. Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited has proposed to distribute 5 percent bonus shares to shareholders and 0.263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting of the board of directors held on August 28 of the company proposed to distribute the dividend from the profit and reserves of the financial year 2082/83. According to the company, bonus shares worth 20 million 20 thousand 157 rupees 50 paise will be distributed, which will be 5 percent of the current paid-up capital of 4 billion 44 million 3 thousand 150 rupees.
