Kathmandu. Ships flying to Kathmandu and Pokhara from Bharatpur Airport will be able to refuel here from next week. Nepal Oil Corporation has made preparations to fill fuel here from February 6th. Deputy Director Manoj Kumar Thakur, Spokesperson of the Corporation, said that the work has been progressed with an agreement with the Civil Aviation Authority.

He said, "Refilling is being done from the 6th of February. Two refuelers and one mobile dispenser have been arranged for the establishment of the depot station. It will take six months to a year to work sustainably." He said that although it will take time to work by placing the tank under the ground or above, it will not take time to arrange the arrangement of fueling the ship immediately. The corporation said that for the storage and management of 30 kiloliters of fuel here, Rs.4 to 5 crores will be spent.

Gyanendra Bhool, information officer of Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, said that there is a land agreement with the authority and all the remaining work will be done by the corporation. He said that ships flying in that area will benefit from this action.
