Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the Central Bank, today the buying rate of one US dollar is 144 rupees 63 paisa and the selling rate is 145 rupees 23 paisa. The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 102 rupees 30 paise and the selling rate is 102 rupees 72 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 106 rupees 62 paise and the selling rate is 107 rupees 06 paise.
Similarly, the buying rate of European Euro One is Rs 172 16 paise and the selling rate is Rs 172 87 paise, the buying rate of UK Pound Sterling is fixed at Rs 197 56 paise and the selling rate is Rs 198 38 paise.
The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the requirement. It is said that the exchange rate set by the commercial bank may be different and the updated exchange rate will be available on the website of the central bank.
