Approval of all four Ordinance Replacement Bills by the President

Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has certified all the four ordinance replacement bills passed by the Federal Parliament on Thursday night. According to the statement issued by the President's office on Thursday night, the bills submitted for certification according to Article 113 of the Constitution of Nepal have been certified by the President. 

Among the approved bills are the Public Procurement Second Amendment Bill, 2083, the Asset Laundering Prevention of Money Laundering Third Amendment Bill, 2083, the Cooperative First Amendment Bill, 2083 and the Bill, 2083 to amend some Nepal Acts related to Health Sciences Academy. All these four bills were passed by the National Assembly on Thursday itself.
