Appointment of new leadership in the Federation of Transport Professionals, demand to stop uncontrolled foreign vehicles
Kathmandu. The newly elected Central Executive Committee of the National Federation of Nepal Transport Professionals has formally taken charge. A new working committee was installed in a special ceremony held in the capital. The chief guest of the program, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Indra Bahadur Baniyan mentioned that the transport businessmen are providing services in extremely risky and challenging conditions due to the geographical condition of Nepal and the limitations of the road infrastructure.
Pointing out that the main and subsidiary highways of the country are still in a dilapidated condition, he praised the role played by businessmen in making the country move even in difficult conditions.
