Amid internal disputes, the 15th convention of Nepali Congress begins, the ward session is in full swing
Kathmandu. The formal process of the upcoming 15th Congress has begun amidst the extreme controversy and dissatisfaction seen at the top level within the Nepali Congress. The party has started the process of the lower level i.e. ward convention from Saturday to complete the central convention in Kathmandu from October 16th to 19th.
The founding party has moved ahead with the schedule of the convention amid the strong dissatisfaction and boycott of the outgoing chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba party.
Leaders and activists of the Deuba party did not participate in the ward convention process that started on Saturday. The Deuba group had already published a separate stand and agenda to start the convention process only from October 15th.
