After 7 years it was not an accident, but the murder was confirmed: 3 people including his wife were arrested
Kathmandu. The reality of an incident called 'riding accident' 7 years ago in Bardibas of Mahottari has now come to light. The police investigation confirmed that the incident was a planned murder and arrested 3 people including the deceased's wife. A 36-year-old Saroj alias Shravan Kumar Thapa died in a scooter accident near BP highway on the night of 31st June 2076. After the family doubted the incident, which was considered a normal accident at that time, the investigation was started again.
After the central investigation, it was revealed that the incident was a murder by giving 'supari'. It is alleged that wife Pooja Thapa, her sisters Nisha Basnet and Aarti Basnet jointly planned the murder. The police said that Saroj was taken outside at night and killed by hitting him with a stone and later it was made to look like an accident.
