A case has been filed against two people for being involved in human trafficking and forced labor in Kathmandu
Kathmandu. District Public Prosecutor's Office of Kathmandu has filed a case against two persons in Kathmandu District Court on charges of being involved in human trafficking and trafficking and forced labor.
According to the indictment filed in the court, the victim was forced to work in a Garment and Spa in Kathmandu with the lure of foreign employment and attractive income, forced labor without proper wages for a long time and various forms of exploitation.
It is mentioned in the charge sheet that Ujjal Mia and Dig Bahadur Shrestha alias Deepak are among the accused. A case has been filed against them after the completion of the investigation into human trafficking and trafficking 88. After the police investigation, the District Public Prosecutor's Office registered the charge sheet and now the trial of the case will proceed in the Kathmandu District Court.
