900 vehicles driven without permission in Kathmandu valley on election day
Kathmandu. On the day of the House of Representatives election, vehicles operating without permission in Kathmandu Valley have been seized by the security personnel.
According to the police, 900 vehicles that were driven without the permission of the Election Commission were seized from various places in the valley during the election.
Nareshraj Subedi, Superintendent of Police of Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, while talking to Nepal News Bank, informed that vehicles driven without a permit have been seized. According to him, most of the vehicles were seized while they were operating in the 'core' area.
According to the police, the operation of vehicles other than essential services has been banned on election day. According to the police, the necessary action has been taken after taking control of the motorcycles, scooters and other vehicles that were operated in violation of that rule.
