Kathmandu. 65 percent polling stations in Jumla are highly sensitive for the next House of Representatives election to be held on February 21. Out of 85 polling stations here, 52 are classified as highly sensitive. Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, Rabin Babu Regmi informed that the security agencies have classified the polling stations into three levels to make the polling stations peaceful and fearless.
There are 85 polling stations throughout the district with seven rural villages including one municipality. 18 polling stations are placed sensitively. Pranau Regmi said that 15 polling stations have been classified as normal. The total number of voters in the district is 71 thousand 739 people. Among them, there are 34 thousand 280 female voters and 37 thousand 459 male voters.
