Kathmandu. The road division office under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Roads Department, Sanfebagar, Achham, has warned of breaking the contract agreement with 6 builders who do not complete the work undertaken on time.

By issuing a notification today, the Road Division Office, Sanfebagar, said that if there is a reasonable reason not to break the contract agreement, within 15 days, the official person should appear and give an explanation. The department has also warned that the contract will be terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract agreement and the prevailing law if the official persons are present and do not submit a reasonable explanation and a credible basis for completing the work.
