4.7 magnitude earthquake on Sankhuwasabha-Taplejung border
Kathmandu. An earthquake of 4.7 magnitude occurred around Sankhuwasabha-Taplejung border area on Friday at 3:18 am. According to DMG, Department of Mines and Geology under National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center NEMRC, the epicenter was around Topke Gola of Sankhuwasabha.
It is reported that the shock of the earthquake was felt at various places in Sankhuwasabha and Taplejung districts. According to preliminary information, no information about human and physical damage has been received so far.
