2nd Economic Enumeration, five days training for enumerators across the country from today
Kathmandu. A five-day training program for the enumerators selected for the second national economic census, 2082, to be conducted by the National Statistics Office, is starting simultaneously across the country from today. Enumerators are going to be trained as part of the preparation of the calculation which is going to be conducted with the aim of updating the data related to the national economy by identifying the real situation, form and structure of economic activities.
Deputy Chief Statistics Officer and Spokesperson Dhundiraj Lamichhane informed that training will be conducted simultaneously from 84 offices across the country at a program organized by the National Statistics Office and in collaboration with the Federation of Nepalese Journalists in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
According to him, the process of selection of necessary accountants for financial calculations has been completed and necessary correspondence has been done at the relevant local level. The training program will be conducted for five days and after the completion of the training, the enumerators will be deployed across the country as per their responsibilities.
