22 people died when a crane fell on a high-speed train in Thailand
Kathmandu. In Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand, a crane under construction has fallen onto a moving express train and an accident has occurred. In this incident, 22 people died and 55 people were injured. Rescue teams are still trying to free passengers trapped in the wreckage. Meanwhile, authorities have launched an investigation into why the crane fell.
Officials from the State Railways of Thailand (SRT) and the Department of Rail Transport have been sent to investigate the incident at Ban Thanon Kot village in Si Khiu District.
